Fresh hops
Polish Organic Hops sp. z o. o. is the only company in Poland dealing in the purchase, processing and sale of organic hops.
The offered organic hops come from our own family hop farm, whose origins in hop-growing date back to the 1960s, and the fourth generation of hop growers is already involved in hop cultivation. The company has its own processing plant, which offers its own organic hops in the form of hop cones, crushed hop cones (fix) and “type 90” hop pellets, in six varieties, both aromatic and bitter.
Dried hop cones
is a form of hop that is produced by drying fresh hop cones to a moisture content of approximately 6-7% and then conditioned (humidified) to a moisture content of approximately 10-12%
Crushed hop cones
(fix) is a form of hop that is made by crushing or grinding whole hop cones. We prepare hops in this form at the customer’s request.
T90 hop pellets
T90 hop pellets are a form of hop that is obtained by drying, grinding hop cones and then forming them into cylindrical pellets.
Type of granules: T90 granules means that they are made of approximately 90% of solid ingredients (resins and oils) after removing water (moisture) and plant material. This allows for the effective use of hops in brewing beer.
